Where does my money actually go?
To independent advertising and education — television, digital, radio, mail, and video — that makes the case for limited government, personal liberty, and fiscal responsibility. United Principles Fund is a Super PAC: we do not give money to candidates and we do not coordinate with any campaign or party. Every disbursement is reported to the Federal Election Commission and itemized in the quarterly "Where Your Dollar Went" report sent to members.
What exactly is the Inner Circle?
The members-only side of United Principles Fund. Every contributor — at any amount — joins. You see each ad before it airs, receive the Insider Brief with strategy and media-buy updates that never go to the public list, and get the quarterly spending report before the FEC publishes it. Founding Member status is limited to the first 1,776 contributors, after which the roll closes permanently.
Is my contribution tax deductible?
No. Contributions to United Principles Fund are political contributions and are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes.
Who is allowed to contribute, and is there a limit?
U.S. citizens and lawfully admitted permanent residents, giving from their own funds. Because we are an independent-expenditure-only committee, there is no federal limit on how much an individual may give. Federal contractors and foreign nationals may not contribute. Federal law requires us to collect name, address, occupation, and employer for anyone giving more than $200 in a calendar year.
Is United Principles Fund tied to a party or a candidate?
No. We are an independent-expenditure-only political committee. We do not contribute to, coordinate with, or take direction from any candidate, campaign, or political party, and we are not authorized by any candidate or candidate's committee. Our only loyalty is to the principles.
